ONLINE ORDER UPDATES

Information for Onlinrders (Pick-Up/Shipping)

  • All orders placed November 6th onward will not be processed until the week of November 16th.
  • Any orders placed before November 6th have been processed and have been either shipped or at their pick-up location you selected at checkout.
  • Orders processed during the week of November 16th onward will take 6-10 business days to process.
  • Please keep an eye out on your junk/spam folder for e-mail notifications from blazingbombs@outlook.com. 
    • If you have chosen Local-Pick-Up: You will only receive one email indicating the date and time that your order will be ready for pick up. You will not be sent any further updates on your order unless you chose The Makers Hub as your local-pick up method. 
      • Chose Makers Hub and there are no email notifications? Please click hereto learn why and contact The Makers Hub regarding your order.
    • If you have chosen Shipping: Your shipping details and tracking information will be sent to you once your label has been printed. 
      • I chose shipping and I received "local pick up" information and have no tracking info? During the checkout process, both local pick up and shipping options are listed as "shipping options". Unless manually selected by the customer during checkout, the default option is Local pickup at Markets by Dreamday Bowmanville". This could have occurred with your order if you do not have shipping information and did not change the method of correct delivery. If this is what happened, I can fix this, however payment of the shipping label cost will be required, please send me an email if this has happened or wondering where your order is.
    • Can't remember what you chose at checkout (ie, local pick up or shipping)? Please send me an email with your order number, or; full name used with the order, or; the email address you have used.
    • Did not receive an order confirmation email or any emails regarding your order? It is likely due to a spelling error made. Please contact me and we can figure this out together!
Order Requests
  • Please know that I will not be taking any further custom orders at this time as I am fully booked for the rest of 2020.
  • If you are looking to place an order after the online store has closed for the year, unfortunately this cannot be accommodated as all inventory on hand will be distributed to the physical retail locations to provide the best selection possible for this holiday season. Please visit us in store or hang on tight until the new year when we have stock online once again!

Currently on track to have all orders complete for both Shipping and Local Pick-Up before end of November 2020.
  • Local Pick-Up at The Nooks Port Hope:   ALL COMPLETE
  • Local Pick-Up at The Makers Hub (Whitby): ALL COMPLETE 
  • Local Pick-Up at Markets by Dreamday Brooklin: ALL COMPLETE
  • Local Pick-Up at Markets by Dreamday Bowmanville:  ALL  COMPLETE  
  • Shipping:  All Complete and Shipped out!

If your order number is the one listed or have an order number of a lesser value (than what has been posted above), then you have been sent a notification for your order and your order is either at the location ready for pick-up or has been shipped. If it indicates "ALL COMPLETE" then this also means your order has been processed. Check your junk/spam folder for this notification if you have not received it.
