Wholesale Terms and Agreement
- Not to share or disclose login information to unauthorized or un-approved retailers by Blazing Bombs
- Our bath products contain water-soluble dyes which are sensitive to UV light. Proper storage is required and products should be stored/displayed in an area where there is no sun exposure or under a direct "spot light" for any long period of time. UV and light exposure will cause colors to fade* Products will not be replaced for any light-causing damage. As much as these products may look great for your shop window display - this will damage the vibrancy of the colors in the product in a short period of time.
- Damage to product that occurs in-store (ie. customer breaks bath bombs in store) will not be replaced. *If however damage was caused by the shipping courier - please notify me within 24 hours of order received including photos to rectify a solution for product replacement.
- ALL Wholesale orders are HANDmade-to-order. Please be aware of 1-3 week processing times (subject to change based on season). We will try to get your order completed as soon as possible as this business operates independently with no current additional employees in studio.
- Full payment is required upfront to confirm your order. We do not accept "Net 30" payments; deposit payments; or payments by cheque. All orders must be processed through our website via the accepting methods of payment posted on our site.
- Christmas ordering* Please pre-plan your stock! We will be attending the OOAK show in Toronto this year and will be out of the studio the following dates Nov 20th - Dec 6th. We cannot guarantee we can continue to accept wholesale orders upon our return from the show in a short time-frame before Dec 24th. Like all businesses, Christmas is our busiest season, so we are currently setting our Christmas order deadline to be November 4th, 2022 (*subject to change).
