Wrapping up Online for 2020

First of all, THANK YOU! 

THANK YOU for your support during this unpredictable year that 2020 has put us all through! I seriously couldn't have made it through without all of you. Thank goodness 2020 is almost over and maybe 2021 will be a better year for all! With that being said, there is an important announcement I need to make here so that you are aware of the last online store restock date + online store closure.

Friday November 13th at 9pm - This is the LAST RESTOCK OF THE YEAR! Please make sure you set your alarms as this night is a highly anticipated evening for early Christmas shoppers before some items sell out within the first 5-10 minutes. I am only able to make limited quantities as my two hands allow me. For this restock you can expect the usual restocking of regular products (Whipped Body Butter, Whipped Soap, Shower Steamers, Bath Salts, etc) with the addition of Holiday themed bath products, Bubble Fudge, and larger volume of 15pk Mini Bath Bombs (as these have been selling out very fast lately both online and in-store). Keep an eye out on my Instagram stories as lists of products will be released during the week leading up to and on November 13th.

Sunday November 22nd at 10pm - ONLINE STORE CLOSES FOR THE REST OF 2020 AND WILL NOT RE-OPEN FOR ORDERS UNTIL MID-JANUARY 2021. As much as I would love to keep the online store open longer, it is something I will not be able to accommodate as the time gets closer to Christmas. The goal is to get your orders out to you before December 25th, and with shipping delays, COVID, and limited ability to have help in my home studio, the date is set in hopes to provide enough time between when you place your order to having it processed and getting to it's destination. After this time, there will be no accommodations for additional orders as I need to focus on the physical retail locations and provide product to the shops twice/week leading up to Christmas. After my online store is closed, you can shop my products at any of the retail locations (click here to find our locations). For a limited time, you'll be able to shop certain products like Whipped Soap, Body Butter + Scrub individually from The Nooks (Oshawa Centre) to accommodate some products that are not usually in store for regular purchase as they are online.

COVID PLAN: In the rare occurrence that store closures happen before the holidays, please know that the online store may re-open for a short timeframe to accommodate local pick-up options which are listed on my website. This is not expected to occur as drastically as they did when this happened the first time, but please know, I am prepared to serve customers in the event this were to happen.
